This page walks you through how billing works in Maslow, how to request invoices, and how to keep your account contact details up to date.

All billing is handled through the Manage Subscription area inside a Participant’s profile.

Note: Monthly Subscriptions can only be purchased via the web version of Maslow. Once a subscription is active, you’ll see the updated status across all Maslow platforms/devices.

Accessing Billing & Subscription Settings

To access billing and subscription settings:

  1. Open the Participant’s profile
  2. Select the three lines in the top left corner
  3. Select Manage Subscription

From here, Admins can request invoices, manage the Participant’s subscription, and view or update Primary Contact details.

Monthly Subscription (Web Only)

To pay for a Monthly Subscription:

Open the Participant’s profile

  1. Select the three lines in the top left corner
  2. Select Manage Subscription

You will see a Monthly Subscription auto-renew option (Pay with Stripe)
