We're sorry to see you go! If Maslow is no longer the right fit, or a participant no longer needs their profile, you can request to have your account or profile deleted by following the steps below.

Instructions

I want to delete my account

1. Open app.maslow.io on your phone, computer, or tablet
2. From your profile, select the three lines in the top left corner
3. Select Edit Profile
4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select Delete Account

I want to delete a Participant’s profile

1. Open the Participant’s profile
2. Select Team from the bottom navigation bar
3. Select the three dots (...) next to the Participant’s name
4. Select Ask to Close Participant’s Profile

Tips

• Only Admins can delete a participant’s profile.
• Deleting your account will remove your access to Maslow and all data logged up to date.
• Closing a Participant’s profile will remove access for all team members.
