This page walks you through how to manage notifications in Maslow, including Email, Mobile, and SMS alerts.

All notification settings are handled through the Preferences area inside a Participant’s profile. These settings allow you to choose how and when you receive updates from Maslow.

Note: Notification preferences are global, meaning they apply to all participants you are linked to.

Accessing Notification Preferences

To access your notification preferences:

  1. From the Participant home page, tap the three lines in the top-left corner.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. You will see three tabs: Email, Mobile, and SMS.

Each tab allows you to manage a different type of notification.

Email Notifications

The Email tab controls notifications sent to your email inbox.

  1. Check that your email address is correct.
  2. Choose your preferred email summary frequency.
  3. Select when Maslow should send email notifications.

Note: If your email is missing or incorrect, you won’t receive notifications.


Mobile Notifications

The Mobile tab controls push notifications sent directly to your phone.
