Check-ins capture shift notes and progress updates from your care team.

Each Check-in is a question or prompt that team members respond to during their shift, helping everyone stay informed and track patterns over time.

  1. Go to app.maslow.io on your phone, computer, or tablet OR Scan a participant’s unique QR code

  2. On the main page click on the + button in the bottom right corner

  3. Select Check-ins from the drop down list

  4. In the title of the Check-in create a question e.g. How was Sam’s mood today?

  5. Add a description to guide how to answer the check-in

  6. Create multiple choice options via Preset responses
