Check-ins capture shift notes and progress updates from your care team.
Each Check-in is a question or prompt that team members respond to during their shift, helping everyone stay informed and track patterns over time.

- Preset responses: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Tips
- Create the Check-in as a question as this invokes a response from the team
- Create the questions in a simple format and then further elaborate on how to answer it in the description of the Check-in
- If you would like to encourage quicker entries, create a variation of multiple choice options via the preset responses
- Team members will be able to choose multiple preset options in one response if required
- Saved Check-ins can be edited at any time to update the title, description, or preset responses
- Editing a saved Check-in allows updates to be made if information changes or was missed initially
