You’ll be able to see all the tasks, documents, and check ins required to be completed during a care shift.

Instructions

1. Open your camera app on your mobile phone
2. Scan any of your participant’s QR codes using the camera
3. Click the link that comes up in the camera app
4. If required, follow the prompts to create an account and join the team
