You might not know which support workers are coming in to support you each day.

Your unique QR code makes it easy for any support worker to access your Maslow content during their shift.

Simply print it out, place it in a convenient location (your room, fridge, or on your logbook) and prompt the support worker to scan it during their shift.

Instructions

1. Open app.maslow.io and ensure you are in the correct participant’s profile

2. Click “Invite Team” > “Print QR Code”

3. Save the QR code to your device, or have it sent to your email

4. Print a few copies of the QR code and place them in convenient locations around your home

5. Encourage support workers to scan the QR to access care tasks and notes

Tips

• Each participant has a unique QR code - ensure you have the correct participant QR code
• Place a few copies around the house in visible locations for support workers
• Encourage support workers to scan the QR to check any important notes and tasks
• You can also invite your team members by email or share link
