Guides are reference documents that help your care team understand how to support the participant.

Upload care plans, therapy instructions, or how-to videos so your team always has the information they need, right when they need it.

1. Go to app.maslow.io on your phone, computer, or tablet OR Scan a participant’s unique QR code

2. Click on Guides via the bottom navigation bar

3. Click Create Guide

4. In the title name the Guide (refer to examples below)

   • Care Plan
   • Seizure Management Plan
   • Behaviour Support Plan
   • Guide: How to use hoist
   • Guide: How to use washing machine

5. Click Add Attachment

   • Note only videos, pictures and PDFs can be added

6. Add a description of the Guide if required

Tips

• Aim for short videos to avoid difficulty with uploading
• Longer videos are best created as a URL and added as a link in the description
• Youtube, Vimeo links etc. can be added to the description
• Note PowerPoint, word, excel sheets will not be compatible in Maslow
