1. Go to app.maslow.io on your phone, computer, or tablet OR Scan a participant’s unique QR code

2. Click Progress via the navigation bar

3. Click Download Excel (Admins only)

4. Click Download Excel to this device

Tips

• Structure your Check-ins with the appropriate multiple select options
• The correct multiple choice options when selected will then show the level of incidence and be graphed over time
• When filtering and scanning Check-in notes you may find patterns in behaviour, goals, health etc.
• Reference the data and evidence during annual review periods to advocate for your family member, participant or client
